1.It is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the water tank to prevent being hurt by the connecting rod moving back and forth.
2.It is strictly forbidden to step on the hopper to avoid falling or feet being caught by the grid.
3.All personnel on site,including operators,must stay away from the delivery pipeline 3 meters away,or cover the delivery pipeline with wooden boards,metal casings or other similar coverings.
4.Do not completely empty the concrete in the hopper to prevent the concrete residue from flying out of the hopper at high speed,and the material level should always be kept above the stirring shaft.

5.The emergency stop button can only be used in emergency situations,and must not be used during normal shutdown.
6.It is strictly forbidden to approach the surrounding of the swing cylinder to prevent bumps.
7.When the towing pump is running,it is strictly forbidden to approach the dangerous parts such as the flywheel,belt,fan,exhaust pipe,muffler of the engine to prevent bruises and burns.
8.When the equipment is running abnormally,the operation should be stopped immediately and repaired.
9.In the event of failures such as pipe blockage,before the delivery pipe needs to be separated,the reverse pump operation must be performed to remove the pressure in the delivery pipe.

10.After pumping,let the diesel engine run at idle speed for 2 minutes,then turn off the diesel engine and disconnect the main power switch.
11.After each construction is completed,the concrete in the hopper,conveying cylinder,and distribution valve must be removed in time,and the bolts of the moving parts must be checked for looseness.
12.When the machine is left on the construction site,the machine door should be locked,and the start key switch should be removed to ensure that irrelevant personnel cannot open it.
